Adrian: Beyond Limits
Adrian began his journey in a neighborhood where economic challenges often fostered a cycle of poverty. In the late 1990s, he enhanced his skills in the window tint industry, working for two of the best DFW companies.
Today, Adrian leads North Texas Tint Institute, a proud venture operating under the parent company, Resilient Edge Investments & Constructions, LLC—a company founded by the dynamic duo.
Channy: From Survivor to Visionary
Channy Salazar, a first-generation Asian American, arrived in the U.S. in the 1980s with only the clothes on her back. Her early years were shaped by an unshakeable spirit forged during the Khmer Rouge War. This spirit, coupled with unyielding determination, guided her toward success.
Channy's journey is a testament to the American Dream. Thriving in a new culture, she turned adversity into opportunity. Today, Channy spearheads our real estate investment and construction ventures, infusing innovation, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence into every project.
Dynamic Duo: Partners in Innovation
Adrian and Channy crossed paths in 2005, married in 2006, and embarked on their entrepreneurial journey together. The journey officially began in August 2007 when they established their first successful business, specializing in window tinting and graphic design. This endeavor not only showcased their entrepreneurial skills but also underscored their commitment to quality and innovation.
Presently, Resilient Edge Investments & Constructions, LLC stands as an umbrella corporation with diverse branches under its umbrella. Adrian leads the way in the window tinting industry through North Texas Tint Institute, while Channy guides our real estate investment and construction ventures, infusing their collective experience, resilience, and dedication into every project.
